| 摘 要： | 当代跳远技术对助跑提出的要求很高 ,不仅距离长、速度高 ,而且对助跑技术的结构及准确性的要求也很高。助跑是跳远的前提 ,没有准确的助跑 ,跳远技术再好 ,也没有成绩 ,助跑的准确性已是当前跳远运动发展的一个趋势 ,是运动员取得优异成绩的保证 ,分析影响准确性的因素 ,为提高准确性提出了训练方法。
