| 摘 要： | 从素质教育的角度,采用社会调查、教学调研、实验、统计分析和文献资料等方法,在总结近年来课程改革的理论和实践的基础上,分析体育素质教育的内涵、功能,用系统的观点,从＂课程＂整体的角度探索当前高校体育与健康新课程在实施素质教育过程中对策与途径,以便为体育素质教育提供有益的参考。
