复凝聚牡荆油微胶囊的制备

摘    要:以明胶与阿拉伯胶作为壁材,探讨复凝聚法制备牡荆油微胶囊的工艺,研究了不同因素对成囊性的影响。通过正交实验法得到该工艺的最佳制备条件,确定的最佳工艺条件为pH为4.0,温度50℃,转速100r/min。在上述条件下,可形成表面光滑、大小均一的单核微胶囊。

Abstract:Gelatin and gum arabic as wall material,we explore the technology of complex coacervation to make the Vitex oil micro capsules,researches the impact on the yield of microcapsules preparation process evaluation of different factors.Through the orthogonal experimental method to get the best preparation conditions of the process with the final optimum conditions: pH 4.0,temperature 50 ℃,speed 100r min.Under these conditions,a smooth surface and uniform size of the single-core microcapsules can be formed.
