职业技能鉴定与高职课程改革的思考

从实施的角度看，职业技能鉴定与高职课程改革密不可分．课程改革必须与职业技能鉴定有效对接。在课程设置上紧密围绕培养目标，注重学生职业能力的培养；在课程改革上要基于职业岗位需要，基于职业标准，要继续加大校企合作，依托企业办学；建设一支优秀的教师团队。

Verification of Professional Technical Ability and Ideas about the Reform on Curriculum in High Vocational Colleges

From the view of implementation, the verification of professional technical ability and the reform on curriculum in high vocational colleges are interwoven together and the latter must have ef- fectively interface with the former. The curriculum shall be set depending strictly on the target of culti- vation and focused on the cultivation of profession ability of students. So the reform on the curriculum shall be made according to the requirement of employment, i.e. job demand that requires the intensified cooperation between colleges and enterprises based on the professional criteria to run the schools by the supports of enterprises and create an excellent team of teachers.
