| 摘 要： | 学校事故日益增多，防不胜防，而在事故的处理过程中，学校又处于被动和难堪的境地。因此，必须明确学校与学生的法律关系，学校事故的归责原则以及赔偿金的来源，才能更好地维护学校的合法权益，保证学校的正常教学秩序。
