我国42所世界一流大学建设高校中外合作办学机构与专业项目发展研究

近年来,以国际合作办学机构与专业项目为主要内容的中外合作办学活动,成为各国高校国际化改革与发展的重要战略举措。对我国42所世界一流大学建设高校中外合作办学机构与专业项目的国内外高校参与情况、办学层次、学科专业分布等方面进行现状分析。同时,比较这些高校中外合作办学机构专业设置与实际开展的合作办学专业项目的关系,发现二者相关性不大。对此,应从统筹规划设计中外合作办学机构建设与专业项目建设、重视引入国外高校优质教育资源、加强合作办学专业项目规划设计与实践运行管理等方面,加快国际化办学改革与发展步伐。

Development of Sino-Foreign Cooperatively-Run Schools and Professional Programs in 42 World-Class Universities in China

In recent years, Sino-foreign cooperatively-run schools,with international co-run institutions and professional projects as the main content,have become an important strategic measure for the internationalization reform and development of colleges and universities in various countries. This paper analyzes the present situation of the participation, the level of running schools, the distribution of disciplines and specialties of the Sino-foreign cooperatively-run schools and the professional programs of 42 world-class universities in China. At the same time, by comparing the relationship between the specialty setting and the actual programs, it is found that there is little correlation between them. In this regard, we should accelerate the reform and development of international education in the aspect of overall planning and design of Sino-foreign cooperatively-run schools and the construction of specialized projects, attaching importance to the introduction of high-quality educational resources, and strengthening the planning, design, practical operation and management of such projects.
