| 摘 要： | 随着工作搜寻理论的逐步发展和在劳动力就业市场应用中的不断完善,为分析和研究如何构建大学生就业服务体系提供了新思维、新角度和新方法。在借鉴和应用工作搜寻理论模型的基础上,从分析摩擦性失业和工作搜索渠道的应用研究两个方面入手,提出加强就业市场信息平台建设,提高公共就业服务质量,鼓励大学生合理利用社会资源,构建高校创新创业教育体系和完善就业保障机制的对策。

| Abstract: | With the gradual development of job searching theory and the continuous improvement in the application of labor market, it has provided new thinking, new perspectives and new methods for analyzing and studying how to construct the employment service system for college students. On the basis of the theoretical model of job searching, this paper starts with the empirical research of frictional unemployment and job searching channels, and proposes the countermeasures to reinforce the information platform construction of employment market, improve the quality of public employment services, encourage college students to use social resources rationally, construct an innovation and entrepreneurship education system and perfect the employment guarantee mechanism. |
