高校就业创业平台的生成机理与服务体系构建研究

高校就业创业平台是支撑高校就业创业工作的孵化器与资源载体,其具有层次性与创新性的特征,以及多样、开放、共生属性,在运行机制与内外供需关系上符合生态系统的内在逻辑。在创新生态系统理论的指导下,高校就业创业平台具有"内生竞合""开放协同""系统多样""要素创新"的生成机理,需要从组织平台、服务平台、智慧平台、生态环境等四个维度构建高校就业创业服务体系。

Formation Mechanism and Service System Construction of University Employment and Entrepreneurship Platform

The employment and entrepreneurship platform of colleges and universities is an incubator and resource carrier that supports their work. It has the characteristics of hierarchy,innovation, diversity, openness and symbiosis. It conforms to the inherent logic of the ecosystem in the relationship between the operational mechanism and the internal and external supply and demand. Under the guidance of the theory of innovation ecosystem, it has "endogenous competition" and "open collaboration". The mechanism of "system diversity" and "factor innovation" needs to build a specialized service system from the four dimensions of organization, service and smart platform as well as ecological environment.
