摘    要:推进思政课改革创新,核心在于坚持主导性和主体性相统一。在高校思政课教学中,做到"主导性"和"主体性"的统一,要求教师对自身的知识层次和能力不断更新和完善,避免学生出现"缺位"和"错位"现象,用"主导性"启发"主体性",使"主体性"靠近"主导性",不断提升高校思政课教学水平和教学质量。

Abstract:To promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political courses, the key is to adhere to the unity of guidance and subjectivity. In the teaching of ideological and political courses, the unity of "dominance" and "subjectivity" requires teachers to constantly update and improve their knowledge levels and abilities, to avoid "vacancy" and "dislocation" of students, to inspire "subjectivity" with "dominance", to make "subjectivity" close to "dominance", and to constantly improve the teaching level and quality of the couse.
