江苏省现代学徒制实施的瓶颈问题与路径选择

现代学徒制是以传授生产技艺和技能为主要目的职业教育形式。随着社会经济的发展,现代学徒制成为当前职业教育与产业经济互动的有效方式。江苏作为教育大省,经济发达,企业众多,实施现代学徒制更是职业教育改革的最佳选择。现代学徒制的实施是个复杂的系统工程,不同合作者有着利益博弈的诉求,这制约了现代学徒制的发展。分析江苏省现代学徒制实施中遇到的困境,针对发展瓶颈找出相应的实施途径,从而有利于现代学徒制的顺利开展。

The Bottleneck and Path Selection of Implementation of Modern Apprenticeship in Jiangsu Province

The modern apprenticeship system is a professional education approach of vocational education, whose main purpose is to impact production techniques and skills. With the development of social economy, the approach has become an effective way for the interaction of current vocational education and industrial economy. As a major education province, Jiangsu has developed economy sectors and many enterprises. It is the best choice for the vocational education reform to implement the modern apprenticeship system. However, its implementation is a complex system project, and the different collaborators have the appeal for interest game, which restricts the development of the system. This paper analyzes the difficulties encountered in its implementation in Jiangsu Province, and finds out the corresponding implementation paths for the development bottleneck, which is conducive to the smooth development of the modern apprenticeship system.
