“双一流”建设高校人才培养目标的特征与定位

摘    要:人才培养是世界一流大学建设的基本内容。基于41所"双一流"建设高校《大学章程》的文本分析发现,"双一流"建设高校人才培养目标的共性特征在于坚持立德树人,重视学生的创新精神、社会责任感,侧重综合能力与素养的养成;异质特征体现为高校类型之间的差异,凸显高校历史传统与区域特质和学科强项。在人才培养实践中,高校应坚持以学生为本,加强人才培养的个性化,结合办学定位制定独特的人才培养目标,重视通识教育。

Abstract:The talent cultivation is the basic content of the construction of "world-class universities". Based on the text analysis of "University Charters"of 41 "Double-first-class" construction, the author finds that the common characteristics of the talent cultivation of "Double-first-class" construction in universities are to adhere to the morality education, to cultivate students’ innovative spirit and social responsibility, and to emphasize comprehensive ability and quality development. Heterogeneous characteristics are reflected in the differences between different types of universities, highlighting the historical traditions of the university and the regional location and discipline strengths. In the practice of talents training, universities should stick to the student-oriented, strengthen the individualization of talents training, and formulate an unique talents training goal in combination with the orientation of universities, and attach importance to general education.
