教育、管理、服务:《普通高等学校学生管理规定》内涵研究

在我国高校教育中,不同时期的三版《普通高等学校学生管理规定》在高校学生事务管理这一概念上突出了高校学生工作方面具有的合理意义。随着高校教育内核的深化,学生事务管理作为学校的外部配套规范处在急剧的发展进程中。新时代下高校学生事务管理在教育、管理、服务等三个方面多层次地体现出我国高校教育在意识形态领导、自主依法办学、以生为本方面与时俱进的精神。

Education,Management and Service: The Core Concept of Student Affairs Management in Chinese Universities in the New Era

Referring to the education of Chinese college,the concept of college student affairs on management has its reasonable significance in summarizing the work of college students.Based on three editions,which is called'The regulations on the management of students in ordinary institutions of higher learning*in different periods,this paper discusses the core concepts of the document in the new era.The three aspects of education,management and service reflect the spirit of ideological leadership,independently schools*running system,and taking students as the foundation to keep pace with the times.
