“权利”视域下传统高校课堂师生关系的破解与重构

摘    要:教师与学生作为教育活动的主体,在课堂教学中扮演的角色影响着师生关系的性质与发展状况。经过调研发现,传统师生关系在高校课堂教学中存在一定的问题,主要体现为"师生权利主体单向化,二者权力结构失衡;师生间缺乏平等对话,教学冲突突出;师生角色定位失衡,教师与学生交往不平等;教学方法单一,师生间缺乏有效的交流与沟通"。这需要在权利视域下对高校课堂师生关系进行重构,即"实现师生权利主体的双向化,平衡二者权力结构;倡导师生间的平等对话,化解教学冲突;重新定位师生角色,构建民主平等的师生关系;探究多元化的教学方法,促进师生间的交流与互动"。

Abstract:As the main body of educational activities, the role of teachers and students in classroom teaching affects the nature and development of teacher-student relationship. It is undeniable that there are some problems in the traditional teacher-student relationship in the specific context, which are mainly manifested in the unidirectional subject of teacher-student rights and the unbalanced power structure between them, the lack of equal dialogue between teachers and students, the prominent teaching conflict, the unbalanced role orientation between teachers and students, the unequal communication between teachers and students, the single teaching method and the lack of effective communication between teachers and students. It is necessary to reconstruct the relationship from the perspective of rights, the ways include realizing the two-way subject of teachers’ and students’ rights, balancing their power structure, advocating equal dialogue between teachers and students, resolving teaching conflicts, re-orientating the role of teachers and students, building democratic and equal teacher-student relationship, exploring diversified teaching methods, promoting the exchange and interaction between teachers and students.
