大学治理共同体的时代价值及建构理路

在当前加快推进"双一流"建设战略背景下,如何完善大学治理是一个十分重要的题域。大学治理共同体作为一种多元主体实现合作主义的生动实践,事实上解决了"谁来治理""怎样治理""怎样分配"等问题,契合了人人有责、人人尽责、人人享有的时代价值。由于原有改革的不彻底,大学治理共同体建设实际上面临诸多困境,如意识困境、组织困境、行动困境、制度困境等。因此,应当通过树立共同体意识、推进大学去行政化改革、建构协商民主、优化治理结构等举措,完善大学治理共同体建构理路。
