| 摘 要： | 为了适应环境的复杂多变,企业战略应具有动态变换的能力。文章探讨了战略转换的具体过程,分析了企业所处环境、企业资源能力和企业文化三类因素以及战略转换的相互关系,并给出了战略转换的一般模型。

| Abstract: | To adapt to the complex and changable environment, the business strategy must have the ability to vary dynamically. This article has probed into the concrete course of strategic change, and focused on the interrelationship between strategic change and the three kinds of factors, namely, the envionment, enterprises' resource abilities and corporate culture. At the end, the model of strategic change is outlined as well. |
