融合型城镇化及民营经济对其的影响

为深入分析城镇化的质量问题,文章提出了具有多维度特征的"融合型城镇化"的概念,同时利用Probit模型,结合河南省18个地级城市2006—2013年的面板数据检验了对其有影响的相关因素。结果发现:在控制其他因素的条件下,民营经济总量对融合型城镇化有显著的积极影响;非国有工业经济比国有工业经济更有利于实现融合型城镇化。这意味着,民营经济的发展更有助于实现融合型城镇化,提高城市化的质量。因此有必要通过重构政府与市场之间的关系等方式来促进民营经济发展,进而实现城乡融合与协调发展。

A New Concept System of Integrated Urbanization and the Effect of Private Economy

To analyze the qualities of urbanization and the factors that affect them,the paper defined a so- called " integrated urbanization" concept system by combining the concept of single- dimension urbanization and the concept of contrasting index of dual economy.Probit models were used,and panel data from Henan's 18 cities during years 2006—2013 were analyzed. The results show that,controlling other factors,private economy has greatly positive effects on integrated urbanization; and the effect of Non- SOE industry is larger than that of SOE industry. The results mean private economy contribute to realize integrated urbanization,and to improve the qualities of urbanization. So,efficient measures must be taken to develop private economy,but the relationship between the government and the market is the core of the question.
