基于DEA的皖江城市带产业转移承接效率研究

皖江城市带在承接产业转移过程中应注重提高产业转移承接效率,避免走以往的高投入低收益的粗略式发展道路。以2010年皖江城市带各地区省级以上工业园区部分投入产出数据为样本,运用DEA方法对皖江城市带产业承接效率进行评价。结果显示,皖江城市带产业承接效率高于安徽省平均水平,但是大部分地区还是非DEA有效,并处在规模报酬递增阶段。皖江城市带应实施产业链招商,培育产业集群;立足自主创新,提升产业发展水平;优化产业发展的硬环境和软环境,吸引更多的投资。

Study on the Undertaking Efficiency of Industrial Transfer in Wanjiang City Belt Based on the DEA

In the process of industrial transfer, Wanjiang City Belt should pay attention to the improve- ment of the undertaking efficiency of industrial transfer, avoding repeating the way of high investment and low yield. Based on some input-output data of the industrial park at or above the provincial level in Wanjiang City Belt, the paper evaluates the undertaking efficiency of industrial transfer in Wanjiang City Belt via DEA. The results show that the undertaking efficiency of industrial transfer in Wanjiang City Belt is higher than the average level in Anhui province, but most of the regions are DEA inefficient, and in the phase of increas- ing return and scale. Wanjiang City Belt should attract investment with industrial chain to cultivate industrial cluster, promote industrial development through independent innovation, and optimize the hard environment and soft environment of industrial development to attract more investment.
