| 摘 要： | 足球运动是高校众多体育活动中较为普及的一项运动,也是发生运动性伤病的多发项目之一。采用文献法、问卷调查法、调查访问法及数理统计法对部分高校学生在足球活动中的损伤进行了调查、分析,并提出预防发生损伤的建议,为高校从事足球运动教学和训练、有效地预防损伤以及提高全民健身的普及提供一定的理论基础。

| Abstract: | Football is a popular sport at high school,it also have much more motility injuries,based on documentary,questionnaire,investigation and statistical research,investigated the instances of football inuries on some high schools student,analyzed the causes and put forward the advises on how to avoid these injures,it also provides definite theory base on football teaching and training the injures effective and improving civil body building's popularization. |
