| 摘 要： | 通过调查问卷了解了在校大学生对就业指导教育的需求及现状,分析了高校大学生就业指导教育存在的问题。为增强就业指导教育的实效,应从学生需求出发,构建完善的大学生就业指导教育内容体系,有针对性地对各年级学生开展就业指导;建立新型校内校外合作就业指导模式及构建“两化”就业指导队伍,即组成多样化、教师专业化。

| Abstract: | The author, by the questionaire, investigated the need and current state of undergraduates in the employment guidance education. To improve the efficiency of employment guidance, the author points out that a perfect content system of employment guidance should be built according to the need of the students and the guidance should be given to the students of different grades with different purposes. In addition, a new type of guidance team consisting of stuffs inside and outside of college should be established, which is characterized by its diversity and professinalism. |
