On the Cultivating of Information Competence of College Students

Information competence becomes an important part of modern people's quality. Concerning the dual identity of senior normal college students, their information competence lays great significance in the cultivating quality of pupils' such competence. Thus, it is an urgent task to cultivate this competence of normal college students. This paper discusses the methods of cultivating the information competence of normal college students from both theoretical and practical perspectives.
