教学评价及实验室评估文档资料管理系统

近来,我校参与了教育部的教学工作评价,部分教学实验室参与了福建省高校实验室评估,在评价评估期间收集和整理了大量的文档资料。如何有效、方便地管理和使用这些资料,这是我校各单位普遍面临的问题。为此作者设计了“教学评价文档资料管理系统”和“实验室评估文档资料管理系统”。系统具有分类查阅、修改、增加及打印资料等功能,是文档资料管理的好工具。

The Management Information System of Documents used for Teaching and Laboratory Evaluation

During the teaching and laboratory evaluation in our university, many file documents or materials were collected. In order to manage and reuse them, this paper designs two programs, which main function involves seeking, editing, adding, deleting and printing records, and which also can edit the documents again with WORD or other softwares.
