| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育是教育人、引导人、提高人的工作，承担着培养和提高官兵的思想道德素质、创新精神和坚强意志的使命。为适应我军使命任务的发展变化，军队思想政治教育应强化需求牵引，促进官兵全面发展，加强需求引导，提升官兵需求层次，增强需求培养，提高官兵需求意识，不断提高思想政治教育的针对性。
