我国宗教事务法治化探析

宗教是我国社会生活的重要领域，加强宗教事务法治化建设是依法治国的一个重要组成部分。我国宗教事务法治化建设在制度化程度、治理模式、农村宗教场所建设等方面还存在不足。鉴于宗教事务的长期性、民族性和复杂性等特点，必须加强宗教事务的法治化建设，通过健全宗教事务治理的法律法规，改善宗教事务治理的路径，维护信教群众的合法权利，涵养公众的道德，敦化人们的言行，促进社会的和谐稳定与健康发展。
