浅谈农村初中数学教师数学教学研究

20世纪80年代以来，教师专业发展日益成为教育界关注的焦点，对于教师专业知识的研究近年在国内研究的也很多。农村教师数量占我国教师总体的绝大部分，本文采用多种研究方法，从教育理论知识、课程知识、数学学科知识和数学教学法知识四个维度调查了农村初中数学教师的专业知识现状。在调查过程中发现农村初中数学教师的专业知识表现不理想：不同教龄的数学教师的各类专业知识状况存在一定差异等一系列问题。所以笔者根据调查研究的结果和本人多年从事农村数学教学经验，对农村初中数学教师专业知识现状的调查研究的测试结果分析探讨农村数学教学过程中的问题。同时在总结以上农村初中数学教师专业知识的调查研究结论的基础上，为农村初中数学教师专业知识的发展、教师专业发展提供一些有益的建议。

Research on Junior High School Mathematics Teachers Teaching in Rural Areas

Since 1980s, teachers＇ professional development has been the focus of the education field. This paper makes an inves tigation on rural teachers＇ professional development from four di mensions, and finds that there still exist many problems. In ac cordance with the result and the writer＇s years of teaching experi ence, this paper analyzes and researches the problems in rural junior high school teachers＇ mathematics teaching, and proposes some beneficial suggestions.
