| 摘 要： | 职业技能比赛已经促进了一些宏观方面的教学改革，课程改革，教学手段改革以及师资队伍建设和实训基地的建设等，本文主要是讨论怎样把电气专业技能比赛的积极作用应用到学生中去，促进大多数不参加比赛的学生学习专业技能，提出了一些途径方法构思。
