| Abstract: | In the first place, this article presents the current attitude and the basic legislative authorities in European Union (EU) on the problem of Exhaustion of Trademark Right and Parallel Imports of Products. Afterward, by force of analysis of leading cases, the article presents the recent development in EU, especially the impacts of contract law on this problem. |
