| 摘 要： | 分析本钢5＃高炉热风炉炉壳开裂、里外法兰严重漏风、烟道阀频繁损坏等问题产生原因，在技改大修中采取了钢甲重砌、改造里外法兰、定期加油、控制开阀时炉内外压、更换部件等技术措施，同时对热风炉进行在线烘炉。大修后，送风温度提高，温度稳定，设备工作运行稳定、效率高、炉使用寿命延长，在经济与社会两方面取得较好效益。
