| 摘 要： | 人类科技对生态环境不可避免地具有正负两方面的双重影响 ,但人类生态环境恶化的主要原因并非科技本身 ,而是由于人类在科技利用方面思想意识的不足或偏差所造成的。生态环境的改善还得依靠人类科技本身 ;同时 ,正确的生态观与高尚的生态道德是缓解生态环境危机的必要条件

| Abstract: | Science and technology unavoidably have double influences of two respects on the eco-environment. However, the main factor of deterioration of eco-environment is not the science and technology. It's caused by the lack or deviation of ideology of science and technology use. The improvement of eco-environment must depend on science and technology; Besides, Correct ecological view and noble ecological morals are essential conditions that could alleviate crises of ecological environment. |
