| 摘 要： | 文化软实力的提升是人类发展的需要：首先,当今文化价值的推崇是国际发展的潮流;其次,文化软实力的提升应为我国永远的价值取向。故此,我们要硬抓软实力的提升;加强对外文化交流与合作;努力深思我国优秀的传统文化,继续汲取其中的精华。
