| 摘 要： | 本文着重论述了关于高校旅游管理专业人才培养的以下几种观点，即：把握形势，是新时期作好高校旅游管理专业人才培养工作的前提；科学地制订本科人才培养方案，是旅游管理专业人才培养的途径；加强素质教育，是旅游管理人才培养的根本；创新教育，是旅游管理专业人才培养的方向；高水平的师资、良好的教学环境是旅游管理专业人才培养的保障。

| Abstract: | The paper mainly examines the following points: to formulate scientifically the plan of talents cultivation is the path to talents cultivation of tourism management; to grasp the current situation is the prerequisite for talents cultivation of tourism management in new era; the quality education is the root of talents cultivation of tourism management; the innovation education is the direction of talents cultivation of tourism management; the high-level teaching staff and excellent teaching condition is the guarantee of talents cultivation of tourism management in institute of higher education. |
