| 摘 要： | 针对韩国短道速滑国家队每年涌现出大批高水平年轻队员的情况,采用文献研究等方法,分析韩国短道速滑国家队新的运营方法、国家队员选拔新的规定和新一届韩国短道速滑国家队队员的特点。为中国短道速滑国家队的新老接替工作和进行针对性训练以及研究韩国短道速滑工作者提供参考和借鉴。

| Abstract: | Considering that many of young excellent skaters well up in Korean national team of short track speed skating every year,with the documentary research method,the article analyzed the new operational means and the new choice regulation for Korean national team member and the new members' characteristic.It's as a reference or research information for Chinese national team of short track speed skating to have well successors and training in the future. |
