学习动力缺失的类型、成因与对策--高职院校学业困难学生的学习心理分析

学业困难的高职生有三种学习动力缺失类型，其外部影响折射的心理成因主要表现为学习需要欠缺、动机层次低、学习兴趣不浓、学习自信心缺失等。培养学习理想、学习信心、学习动机与学科基础补习、提高学习能力的统一，是克服学业困难高职生学习动力缺失的有效途径。
