聚吡咯/醋酸纤维素导电塑料薄膜的合成及电学性能研究

摘    要:以二甲亚砜为溶剂,FeCl3·6H2O为氧化剂,通过相分离原位聚合法在醋酸纤维素(ca)基体中引发吡咯(Vy)单体发生化学氧化聚合,制备出均匀的聚吡咯/醋酸纤维素导电塑料薄膜。采用原子力显微镜(AFM)观察样品的表面形态,发现朝向玻璃的膜面(反面)由粒状结构的纤维素组成,而朝向溶液的膜面(正面)由簇状结构聚吡咯组成。同时考察了吡咯/FeCl3投料比、反应时间对样品电学性能的影响。结果表明:吡咯与三氯化铁的摩尔比为0.6,反应时间30min时,导电复合膜的表面电阻最低,大约为21.6Ω/cm。

Abstract:The polypyrrole/cellulose acetate (PPy/CA) conductive plastic films are fabricated via phase separation chemical in - situ polymerization of pyrrole(Py) monamer in the CA substrate, with dimethyl sulfoxide and FeC13 ~ 6H20 used as Solvent and the oxidant, respectively. The surface morphology of the PPy/CA film is examined by a- tomic force microscopy (AFM). It is found that the face of the films are composed of polypyrrole with a cluster - like structure, the back consisted of cellulose acetate with granular structure. At the same time the effects of the Py/FeC13 molar ratio and reaction time on electrical properties of the sample. The results show that the mole ratio of Py/FeC13 was 0.6, the reaction time for 30 min, surface resistance of conductive plastic films is the lowest, ap- proximately 21.6Ω/cm.
