解析当代我国大学教师的社会使命

在经典高等教育哲学视野下，当代我国大学教师的社会使命不外乎学术使命与服务使命。学术使命是大学教师的核心使命，服务使命是基于学术使命的派生性使命，是学术使命在当代社会的自然延伸，其本质仍然应当是学术的。为避免和克服现实中大学教师在承担学术使命与服务使命时存在的冲突和矛盾，当以和谐论高等教育哲学为指导。促使大学教师和谐处理好学术使命与服务使命的关系，使二者统一于学术，统一于大学的和谐发展，为大学教师有效履行其社会使命导航。

Analysis on the social mission ofuniversity teachers in contemporary era

W View of the classic Philosophy of Higher Education, contemporary social mission of university teachers is nothing more than academic mission and service mission. Academic mission is the core mission of university teachers, and service mission is the derivative mission which based on the academic mission. Serv- ice mission is the academic mission in a natural extension of contemporary society, in its essence, should re- main academic. To avoid and overcome the conflict and contradiction during in university teachers shouldering the academic mission and service mission in reality, we should take the harmonious Philosophy of Higher Edu- cation as a guide, and promote university teachers harmonious handling the relationship between service mis- sion and academic mission. That is the unity of the two in the academic, the unity in the harmonious develop- ment of the university, and takes it as navigation for university teachers fulfilling their social mission effective- ly.
