| 摘 要： | 通过多年来的不懈努力,淮南供电公司通过开展节能服务管理风险分析成功建立了以"以节能服务公司,第三方测评机构为依托,能效管理平台为抓手的节能服务体系,实现节能项目的开展及引导"的节能服务管理模式,有效推进了淮南市节能减排工作的开展和公司节能指标的完成,实现了国家、电网企业、节能改造企业、电力客户等各方的共赢。

| Abstract: | Through unremitting etiorts, Huainan power supply company has successfully established the energy-saving service system ＂energy service corporation and third party testing institutions are the base, energy management system is a star ment to achieve energy-saving projects, tlng whi point＂ by risk analysis of energy-saving service manage ch effectively promote the development of energy-saving and emission reduction of Huainan city and help to finish energy-saving targets, therefore achieve the win -to-win of nation, power grid enterprises, energy-saving enterprises, and electric power customers. |
