| 摘 要： | 为提高高职院校创业教育中教师核心能力，介绍了创业教育在当今社会中的重要地位，提出了高职院校教师在进行创业教育的过程中所需具备核心能力的现实意义，着重探讨了高职院校如何让培养教师的核心能力，以更好地服务于高职院校毕业生的就业与创业工作。

| Abstract: | This article applies the literature method, logical analysis, induction and deduction and oth- er research methods. It takes higher vocational teachers as the object to improve the core competence of them to enhance the entrepreneurship education. It introduces the importance of the entrepreneurship edu- cation and the realistic meaning of the teachers＇ core competence in the process of the entrepreneurship edu- cation, and discusses how to enhance the core competence of the teachers so as to serve the employment of the students better. |
