| 摘 要： | 本文运用了数据包络分析（DEA）方法,建立SBM模型,选用安徽省17个地市2000-2011年的投入和产出数据,考察了非期望产出对安徽省各个地市环境效率的影响,并对2011年各地市投入和产出冗余率进行分析.结果显示,安徽省各地市间环境效率存在较大差异,整体呈逐渐改善趋势;但仍存在较高的人力和资源浪费,且工业三废的治理也势在必行.

| Abstract: | This paper tries to set up SBM model with the data envelop analysis （DEA） method and selectsthe input and output data of i7 cities in Anhui province from 2000 to 2011 for investigating the degree ofundesirable output affecting environmental efficiency in some Anhui cities, and the redundancy rate ofinput and output in 2011 were analyzed as well. The results showed that environmental efficiency invarious cities is quite different with a gradual improvement trend in the overall. But there is still a highwaste of human and resources, and control and treatment of industrial waste is also imperative. |
