| 摘 要： | 中国加入了WTO后，加速了中青年人才的流动，给某些地区带来人才紧缺的矛盾，这一现象在今后还可能加剧。为了解决这一矛盾，笔对老年人才的类型、特征及开发老年人才的意义谈一点看法。
