过渡性技术的战略选择研究

过渡性技术的出现使得企业必须在处于中间地带的过渡性技术和更先进的替代技术中做出战略选择。通过分析中国市场上以实施过渡性技术获得成功的企业案例 ,本文认为 ,只要有潜在的市场需求、生存空间和时间窗口 ,企业就可以选择过渡性技术。另外 ,由于过渡性技术具有不被重视而能满足市场需求的特性 ,还成为企业进入某个新行业的低成本切入点。如果能在技术升级前完成对先进技术的储备 ,企业将能构建在更先进技术上的竞争优势。

A research on strategy choice of Transitional technology

Enterprises have to make choice between transitional technology and advanced technology because transitional technology appeared. Based on some cases that enterprises succeeded in china market by used transitional technology, the paper made some conclusions, that if there are latency demand, living space and time window, enterprise that used transitional technology maybe succeeded, that transitional technology will be a new company's cut-in point in some industry, then this company can founded competition advantage on advanced technology by researched before technology upgrade.
