The wide application of information technology should be greatly promoted in the process of teaching. Changes should be carried out gradually in the ways of presenting the content of courses, the students＇ modes of learning and the mode of the interaction between teachers and student in the course of teaching. These are exactly where the gist of the guiding principles of new courses lies.
