| 摘 要： | 当前,业内有关国内外农民职业转型培训的研究已取得一定成果,其国外研究涉及法律保障、财政支持、培训模式等,国内研究涉及培训现状、培训需求、培训机制、培训模式等。在新农村建设的背景下,农民职业转型培训的相关理论、成本与效益、供给主体、农民心理健康管理机制等应成为研究的新视点。

| Abstract: | Nowdays,the research on peasants' training for professional transfer has achieved some outcomes,and the outcomes relative to foreign countries are involved in legislation assurance,financial support,training model,etc;outcomes relative to China are involved in training status,training demand,training mechanism,training model,etc.Under the background of the construction of new countryside,the theory,cost and benefit,supply body,mental health management mechanism relative to peasants' training for professional transfer should become new research focus. |
