摘    要:引入优秀企业文化可以帮助高职院校找准人才培养目标的定位和选择正确的人才培养模式,帮助学生成才、成人、就业和创业,顺利实现高职的人才培养目标;引进优秀企业文化可以通过在办学理念中融入企业文化、在实践教学中渗透企业文化、用企业化方式进行学生管理以及在校园文化活动和思政工作中实现校企文化的互动与融合等途径实现。

Abstract:Introducing excellent enterprise culture to higher vocational and technical institutes will help to orient the cultivation to talented persons and choose the correct mode of the cultivation ,and help the students grow up, obtain employment, carve out, and finally achieve the aim of cultivating talented persons. Excellent enterprise culture, by way of cooperating and interacting with campus culture, can be penetrated into the concept of running a school, into the teaching practice, students management, campus culture activities and educational work etc.
