| 摘 要： | 心肌营养素-1(CT-1)是新近发现的促心肌肥大因子,除了有利于心脏发育并对心脏起一定的保护作用外,最主要的功能是通过作用于心肌细胞及促成纤维细胞生长和胶原合成来参与和调节心肌肥大。本文从其结构功能及引起心肌肥大的信号转导等方面对其导致的心肌肥大的生物学机制作以综述。
