| 摘 要： | 介绍教学质量体系的基本概念、构成要素及教育服务质量环和IISO9000理念的教育应用，提出远程教育机构要始终把质量控制作为竞争第一要素的观点，要运用质量环和ISO9000等管理手段规范教育质量管理，从而使远程教育质量体系逐步与国际接轨。

| Abstract: | A basic concept of educational quality control system,its essential structual factors,educational service quality links as well as the Application of ISO9000 principle are introduced.The idea that distance educational organizations must regard their quality control as the first key element is set forth,therefore,it is necessary to use the quality control links and ISO9000 principle and other managing means to standardize the management of our educational quality control so that our quality control system will gradually suits that of the international. |
