| 摘 要： | 提高投篮命中率 ,一直是广大篮球专业人员探讨的重要问题。本文根据多年从事篮球教学、训练工作的体会 ,以及对比赛中运动员运用投篮技术情况的分析 ,从加强投篮动作的规范化、选择合适的投篮弧线和角度等方面对提高投篮命中率的问题进行了探讨 ,提出了训练中要解决的问题。

| Abstract: | Improvement of percentage of hitting the target is still an important point.The paper is aimed at an analysis of application of shooting basket in games based on the author's practical teaching,training and making analysis inspective of shooting basket tackles,standardization of shooting techniques,selection of pitch arc and angle in games.In the end of the paper,some suggestions are put forward. |
