中小学教师城乡交流缺乏实效性的原因分析

摘    要:基础教育的均衡发展,要求教育资源在各个学校要平衡配置.中小学教师作为最重要的基础教育资源,更应平衡配置.中小学教师的城乡交流是基础教育资源均衡配置和促进教师专业成长的重要措施之一,但是目前中小学教师城乡交流的实效性还不高.其主要原因是:城乡在教育等方面条件差异过大增加了交流的难度;对教师城乡交流认识不到位,存在本位主义思想;市场机制对教育领域的过分渗透;教师城乡交流制度尚不完善.

Abstract:The balanced development of Education requires a balanced distribution of education resources in every school,Teachers being the most important education resource,should even be distributed in a balanced way.As a measure to balance the distribution of education resource,Teachers' exchange between city and suburb does not work satisfactorily.The mentioned problem exists due to the excessive gap between town and suburb,lack of proper insight in the interchange of teachers,inappropriate penetration of market mechanism into the field of education,and the imperfection of interchange system,etc.
