| 摘 要： | 质量数据指的是某质量指标的质量特性,如不良品数、合格率、返修率等.通过对摩擦材料企业生产现场采集的数据进行处理分析,探讨摩擦片粗胚的厚度及热压工序的不合格品情况对车间生产质量的影响,为改善生产线的生产能力,提高产品的质量奠定了一定的理论基础.

| Abstract: | Quality data refers to a quality indicator of quality characteristics, such as poor play, qualified rate and repair rate, etc. In this paper, the data of the thickness with friction lining and the scrap of hot-pressing process are learned the influences on the quality of the production workshop. And the data have laid a theoretical foundation to improve the production line of production capacity and the quality of products. |
