摘    要:核心能力是支撑企业可持续竞争优势的综合学习能力,本质在于动态适应.核心能力在其演变过程中受到推力和阻力两种力量的综合作用.阻力随着时同的推移而持续增加,当其超过推力时将导致核心能力的衰败.提出了阻力产生的原因和自我强化的系统基模,通过建立探索模型辨识出催生阻力的三类具体诱因,并提出避免核心能力衰败的应对策略.

Abstract:Core competence is a comprehensive learning ability that supports sustainable competitive advantages of certain enterprise with the essence of dynamic adaptation. Two forces include driving force and resistance will determine the evolution process of core competence, which declines when the increasing resistance exceeds driving force. This paper analyzes the forming reasons of resistance and its system archetypes for self-reinforcement. After discriminating three kinds of inducement that lead to resistance based on heuristic model, this paper puts forward strategies to prevent core competence from decaying.
