| Abstract: | By means of degraded exponents, the biggest common factor in the scope of rational numbers can be worked out. On the one hand, the operational quantity of roundabout divisions has decreased and the operational correct rate has been raised. On the other hand, the actual meaning of roundabout division is embodied fully. |
