| 摘 要： | 知情权是公民知悉、请求获取对其有利益关系的信息的自由,包括知政权、社会知情权和个人信息知情权。知情权是公民的一项人权,同时是公民的一项基本权利,将知情权作为一项基本人权规定到宪法基本权利之中,是解决知情权问题首要和关键的环节。
